- Non-exclusive. You get the right to use the song in the project you licensed. Other people can license the same song too.
- No reselling. You can't resell, share, sublicense or give away the music files, on their own or in a sound library.
- No claiming. You can't register the music as your own, claim it as your work, or put it in Content ID or any other rights system.
- Credit the music. Where credits or a description are possible, add: “Music by A3 Music Media”.
- We keep the rights. A3 Music Media keeps all rights to the music. Your license is permission to use it, not a transfer of ownership.
Your written license, sent by email, sets out the exact use, song and term. If anything here and your license differ, your license wins.
